Through the $1M Transit Innovation Fund, Uber Transit will award up to $50,000 in funding to 20 or more public transit agencies, municipalities, and regional authorities across the US to help them test new service models, generate real-world data, and scale what works.

Submit your application by June 30, 2026, for priority consideration.
We’ll review applications on a rolling basis and award funding until all money is allocated.

Eligibility
Prospective and existing Uber Transit partners are encouraged to apply; existing partners are eligible if funds will be used to launch a net-new program or use case.

Matching funds are required. Applicants must provide 10% of the award amount in matching funds.
